Q:What’s the MOQ?

A:Usually for the stock items, the minimum order quantity is 1 set; for OEM or ODM, usually the MOQ is 100 sets. It depends on which products you want.

Q:How do I pay you?

A:Usually we do T/T, western union,as it saves much commission fee for both of us. We can also do Alibaba Trade Assurance, you can pay via Alibaba.

Q:What’s the lead time for the production?

A:For stock items, we usually need 5~7 days to prepare the cargo; if OEM or ODM, we usually need 30~45 days, it depends on which product you will need.

Q:How do you ship? Do you offer door to door delivery?

A:When we get 30% deposit,we’ll start the production. When it’s ready to ship,you need to pay 70% balance, then we will ship the cargo. We can do FOB/CIF/Air Express, we can offer door to door delivery, but we need to confirm from our freight agent about the delivery possibility before the order.

Q:Do you have certificates for your toys?

A:Mostly, we offer EN71 and ASTM F963, some products have done the test, but some have not. Our toys meet the standard, if you need any certificate, you can tell us about it, we’ll help.

Q:Where’s your office and factory?

A:Our operation center office is in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang, China. Our two factories are in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China.
